Jillian Lipinski brings exceptional experience and expertise in the areas of strategic planning, leadership, team building and management, fund and donor development, project management, financial and budget oversight, sales, branding, event planning, and genuine, personal care for others. In addition to her successful tenure and accomplishments during her demanding 20-year banking career, Ms. Lipinski has spent year after year serving her community through passionately serving on nonprofit boards, committees and countless hours of volunteerism. She has a heart to serve others and her innate desire to help others heal and succeed is marked in her achievements and relationships forged over the last 20+ years.

Ms. Lipinski brings exceptional organizational and business acumen through her involvement working directly with the Chief Executives in the companies she worked for and high-level contribution for the organizations she volunteered for. She brings outstanding interpersonal skills which allow her to effectively communicate with the board of directors, the At Ease team, large donors, diplomats, the general public, and the first responders who will benefit from the At Ease International program. In the “startup” phase of our nonprofit, we need all of the skills and abilities she brings to help us launch and grow At Ease nationwide.

Ms. Lipinski has extraordinary vision and ability to wear many hats. She is currently acting as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, by holding the title of Chief Strategy Officer and Assistant Board Secretary to envelop all roles. She is looking forward to utilizing her very best to help At Ease launch to the next level.

Jillian is the current “Community Funds Liaison” for the Junior League of Santa Barbara. In the previous five years with the league she held the Chair roles for New Member Project, Gala Fundraiser, Impacts Community Outreach & Volunteerism, Focus Area Committee and Fund Development Committee. In addition, she currently serves as an Advisor for Safe Haven, a safe house for young mothers. Previously, she held a executive board member position with Casa Serena, a women’s recovery home and program. Also, was a Court Appointed Special Advocate for Children, volunteer for numerous other organizations.

Besides all of the successes of business and volunteerism, Ms. Lipinski enjoys living life to the fullest and has a deep sense of who she is and what she is meant to do in this world. She has a loving husband and two young boys, whom she adores, which fills her life with joy and keeps her grounded.
