Jillian Lipinski
Assistant Board Secretary and Chief Strategy Officer

Jillian Lipinski has extraordinary vision and the ability to oversee multiple areas of the At Ease organization. She is currently acting as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, by holding the title of Chief Strategy Officer and Assistant Board Secretary.

Ms. Lipinski brings exceptional experience and expertise in the areas of strategic planning, leadership, team building and management, fund and donor development, project management, financial and budget oversight, sales and brand development. Ms. Lipinski has a genuine and personal care for others. In addition to her skillset and the accomplishments, prior to and during her recent retirement from a 20-year banking career, Ms. Lipinski spent year after year passionately serving her community on nonprofit boards, committees and countless hours of a variety of volunteerism. She has a heart to serve others and her innate desire to help others heal and succeed is marked in her achievements and the relationships forged over the years.

Ms. Lipinski has held various roles in the Junior League of Santa Barbara since 2014. In the previous years with the League she held the Chair roles for New Member Project, Gala Fundraiser, Impacts Community Outreach & Volunteerism. She was a part of the Focus Area Committee and Fund Development Committee. In addition, she currently serves as an Advisor for Safe Haven, a safe house for young mothers. Previously, she held a executive board member position with Casa Serena, a women’s recovery home and program. Also, was a Court Appointed Special Advocate for Children, volunteer for numerous other organizations, as well as a Counselors Assistant in a youth in-patient rehabilitation home.

Besides all of the life experiences, successes in business and volunteerism, Ms. Lipinski enjoys living life to the fullest. Ms. Lipinski has a deep faith in God, a solid sense of who she is and what she is meant to do to make the world just a little bit better through love and service. She has a loving husband and two boys, whom she adores, who fill her life with joy and keep her grounded.
